This is who we are

E.L.I.T.E. is our acronym for Enriching Lives Into Eternity! This acronym is our way of symbolizing the importance of Men understanding, embracing and fulfilling their their rightful role in the Kingdom of God.

The purpose of "ELITE" Men's Ministry is to teach, equip, mentor and to raise up men, giving them the opportunity to be used by God and enjoy fellowship, outreach, common interest activities and grow in brotherly love for each other.

Equally important is for men to live the full destiny and purpose that God has called them to and to be responsible leaders in every area of their lives by being actively involved to the Lord's call.
ELITE Men's Ministry is founded upon scripture in Judges 7:7 and inspired by a sermon series entitled "The 300 - An ELITE Fighting Force" by Dr. Tim Bagwell.

When God called Gideon into battle against the Midianites and delivered them into his hands, God strategically sifted through several thousands of warriors to find to perfect combination of 300 Men who were fearless, watchful and vigilant enough to focus on the purposes of God.

That's what we, as Men of God and "ELITE" Men in this ministry are focused on - the plan, purpose and divine destiny of the Great Commission of God.

Tristan Johnson

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
A passionate visionary, servant leader and dynamic entrepreneur with multidimensional experience in business and ministry are just a few phrases that describe Executive Director, Tristan Johnson. An experienced business strategist, executive coach, consultant and public speaker, Tristan is at the forefront of forthcoming young leaders taking the 21st century by storm for the Kingdom of God.

In 2007, after hearing Dr. Tim Bagwell’s impassioned four part sermon series for Men on the “300: An ELITE Fighting Force”, Tristan responded to the call of the Lord by actively being a part of the Men’s Ministry at his church and embarking on a spiritual journey to essentially become part of the 300 for today’s generation of Men. As a result of the impact of the sermon series and completing an intense course curriculum, Tristan was part of an inaugural graduate class of Men who committed to being part of the 300 spiritually and knew God was calling him deeper into Men’s Ministry. In 2014, Tristan was honored to be given the task of revitalizing and reinvigorating the Men’s Ministry at Word of Life Christian Center and thus, ELITE Men’s Ministry was born.

Tristan is a firm believer that the role of a Man in the 21st century is still critical to God’s original intent and design for the family to be successful in today’s society: “Across the globe, it is inevitable and of the utmost importance and urgency that Men wake up, stand up, understand and assume their rightful role in the Kingdom of God in the 21st century. The sooner that happens, the greater the impact is on families for success, spiritually and naturally, and for future generations.”

Tristan is devoted husband to his wife Alisha and father to his children, Takeo and Siersha. Together, they reside in Colorado.
